No charge before confirmation. Checkout should appear only after a user has approved a preview and understands what the package includes.
Before payment
The page should show refund rules, package scope, support contact, and deletion controls before asking for payment details.
Hosted checkout
Payment details are collected by the hosted checkout provider through a server-created session. Sixxie should not collect raw card numbers on this site.
After payment
If payment succeeds but the package is not available, contact support with the account email and approximate payment time. Do not send card details or private pet photos.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscription cancellation stops future renewals. Refund requests are reviewed under the published refund policy, especially when approved package delivery fails.
