The help center solves common questions without pushing every user to support or asking them to resend sensitive pet materials.

Create a preview

Use clear photos, add short habit notes if useful, then review the generated result before approval. If generation fails, retry once with fewer but clearer photos before contacting support.

Install on desktop

Install only after approval, then use pause, hide, quit, and reduce motion controls as needed.

Delete materials

Use the deletion page to remove uploaded photos, generated packages, or account data.

Payment succeeded but access is missing

Contact support with the account email and approximate payment time. Do not send card details or raw pet photos.

Preview does not feel right

Tell support whether the issue is likeness, comfort, posture, color, expression, or motion. Use a short text description first; only resend photos if support confirms they are needed.

App cannot open on Mac

Check that you downloaded the latest notarized public beta build. If macOS blocks the app, stop using that file and ask support for the current build.

Cancel subscription or request refund

Use the billing link from checkout when available, or contact support with the account email and order timing. Refund requests follow the published refund policy.
