The desktop app is a quiet surface for an approved pet package, not a surprise download or background tracker. Public download details appear only when the signed and notarized package is ready.
2. Download the desktop app
The installation step shows version, platform, file type, file size, update policy, and whether the build is signed and notarized before download.
3. Pause, hide, quit
Use Pause, hide, quit, and Reduce motion controls whenever the desktop needs to be clear.
macOS 13+ beta
The target Mac build should support Apple Silicon and Intel where possible, with no screen recording or microphone permission required.
Security status
Use only the latest notarized public beta build. If macOS says the app cannot be opened, stop using that file and request the current build from support.
Uninstall and delete
Users should be able to remove the desktop app, delete uploaded materials, and delete generated pet packages from account settings.
Public beta status
The Mac beta download is invite-based until notarization, cloud API, payment entitlement, and real generation tests are all complete.
Support checklist
When asking for help, include the app version, macOS version, whether the preview was approved, and the smallest non-sensitive description of the issue.
