Privacy Policy

Your photos stay under your control.

Pet photos, videos, and memory notes are sensitive. Sixxie should explain what is collected, why it is used, whether it is shared with processing providers, and how a user can delete it.

What is used

Uploaded photos, optional short habit notes, preview choices, and account contact information if you sign in.

AI processing

Photos are used to generate the user's preview through configured generation providers and should not be used to train Sixxie models without explicit permission.

What is not required

Sixxie does not need to read your screen, record your microphone, or collect private desktop contents to run.

What you can delete

You should be able to delete uploaded materials, generated pet packages, and account data from a clear user page.

Retention and backups

Retention windows, backup deletion timing, and provider handling should be visible before users upload sensitive pet materials.

Memorial sensitivity

Photos and notes about pets who have passed away should be treated as sensitive personal material, not demo content.

Service providers

Sixxie may use cloud storage, payment processing, account storage, and image generation providers to deliver the product. Public pages should name the role of each provider without exposing private object paths or raw logs.

Support privacy

Support can troubleshoot most issues from account email, order status, app version, and safe error categories. Raw pet photos should not be requested unless the user chooses to resend materials for a specific failed generation review.
